Hedman Anglin Bara and Associates is a corporation formed under the laws of the state of Ohio. Our organization is currently comprised of 3 principles and 3 support staff. In our office, each principle focuses on a specific area of insurance. This philosophy allows us to stay as up-to-date as possible on the products we use, and also affords us the time necessary to continuously research new companies and products.
We are currently licensed to do business in: OH, MS, ME, NH, and MA, and are expanding every day to meet our customer’s needs.
There have been a number of changes in the insurance industry that have allowed our agency to thrive, including what we perceive as an increase in the importance of pricing as a determining factor in the insurance buying process. This has its benefits and drawbacks to the customer. The benefit is that it may result in a better rate. One of the drawbacks is that when a customer has a question about either their policy or insurance in general, it may be more difficult to speak with someone they trust. Our agency is poised to address the drawbacks without a trade-off in the pricing, because our independence gives us the ability to write the business where it’s best for the client. Having access to more companies increases the chance that we will have a competitive rate, but the client still has the benefit of an experienced, knowledgeable agent to answer their questions.
